WE CARE II VIRTUAL
At We Care II, our educational programs are strategically designed to cultivate excellence in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education for students in grades 6 through 12. Our innovative approach enables students to complete their education in an accelerated time frame of two to three years, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their future academic and professional endeavors.

​My extensive professional background includes eight years as a professional school counselor, during which I developed strong home-school connections over twenty-two years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, complemented by two Master's degrees in School Counseling and Reading Specialist, as well as an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in School Counseling. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Change & Leadership at the University of West Alabama, further enriching my capacity to lead effectively in educational settings.

With twenty-seven years of experience in education, including twenty-two years in elementary education, three years as a math coach, and two years as an AMSTI Math Specialist, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as Deputy Headmaster at WE CARE II. Working closely with the Headmaster, I oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives to meet the school's mission and goals.​
Rosalyn Warren, M.Ed
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in School Counseling, with over two years of experience as a professional school counselor and over twenty years of educational experience. I have built strong home-school connections, participated in Title I workshops, and worked closely with colleagues, parents, and the community to improve student outcomes. My training and experience in foster care for at-risk and special-needs youth, combined with two years of service as an elementary school counselor and four years of high school counseling experience, have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of student support across all grade levels.

With twelve years of experience as a Senior Transportation Coordinator in special operations, holding the rank of E-7, I bring a wealth of expertise in logistics, strategic planning, and leadership to my current role. My background in managing complex operations has equipped me with the skills to navigate the financial landscape of our virtual school effectively, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality education to our students.

My professional background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, along with ten years of experience in the nursing field. This experience has provided me with a unique perspective and deep dedication to my role at We Care II. The critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills honed in my healthcare career are instrumental in building strong donor relationships and driving successful fundraising efforts. Through my work, I am committed to ensuring that We Care II continues to thrive and provide exceptional educational opportunities for our students.
Micheal Johnson
As the Athletic Director of We Care II, I oversee our athletic programs and facilities, ensuring they promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among our students. My role includes coordinating sports teams, scheduling games and tournaments, and ensuring compliance with athletic regulations and safety standards. With six years of management sports teams experience, I am dedicated to fostering a positive athletic experience that aligns with our academic mission.

Leola Harrell is a proud University of Florida graduate with a degree in Business Administration. She had a distinguished career spanning 33 years in the United States Air Force, retiring honorably and transitioning to entrepreneurship. Leola founded Leola’s Body Scrub and Harrell’s Menswear, demonstrating her business acumen and dedication to innovation. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a dedicated wife and mother of four, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to her role at We Care II.
